There are times in our lives when we experience emotions and feelings we don’t understand or we don’t know why we feel the way we do. Bereavement, a breakup of a marriage or partnership, ill health or the stress and anxiety of work and our daily lives can make us feel vulnerable, lonely, sad or even just confused. Whatever is causing you pain, physical or mental, as a person-centred Counsellor  I can offer you support and a place to explore whatever you wish to bring to our sessions.

Having someone to just listen to you without judgement in a safe and confidential place can be the first steps in helping you try to express your feelings even if you do not understand them or find it difficult to find the words to describe them.

Opening yourself up to counselling is the first step to allowing yourself time out from this busy and fast paced world, into a place where you set the pace and decide what you want to talk about. Counselling is a place that is safe, private and allows you time out.
